I get bored so easily these days.

This week, I-

- had 16 hours of tuition, spread over 6 days. I never want to do it again, though this is prob how I'll be getting my income the rest of the hols.
- watched Hot Fuzz and Transformers. Hot Fuzz is the most retarded thing ever, and Transformers is super cool but in the light of Hot Fuzz its hotshot-ness seems a bit fake.
- baked in Cafe del Mar, which has nice peach daiquiris.
- baked banana cake/muffins!
- had a bowl of udon which was bigger than my head at waraku.
- sewed a pouch.
- attended the first maui (og from css camp) outing! At timbre, heh.
- played in a New Age-type playground at vivocity - the seesaws there are like nothing I've ever seen. Seriously.
- had a near-full attendance tribe outing to celebrate nee's birthday
- got my icecream charm bracelet from jy! Yaaay.
- received nice white roses
- survived on $12/day except for friday

As you can tell, I'm rather tired of blogging. At least, I'm tired of blogging properly. The words just don't form easily anymore. I have to think and think and edit copiously when I don't want to reveal too much. And even when I do write, they're long rambly posts about what happened when. It's hard to make time to reflect when I'm busy living life, though I really should.

Hiiii I'm back from law camp!! :):)


Discovery of the year: faciliatating two camps in a row is damn tiring. Felt like collapsing after jungle trek. And every morning I had to drag myself out of bed (typically at least 15 min after my phone alarm rang).

I really enjoyed myself though. It was v fun being an ogl - just sitting around watching the games and cheering and chatting with fellow year twos (we're yr 2s now!!). Haha and lying through my teeth to the freshies abt the programme. I'm getting good at this! My og was rather sedate at first but on formal dinner/clubbing night they were qt uninhibited! Everyone v sportingly went to dance. Haha. And for the first time, I danced properly while clubbing (as opposed to standing and swaying slightly on the spot, as I'm accustomed to doing), so I had a lot more fun than usual. Wheeee. :)

OG 7 (my og, aka LUST) won the 'Most On OG' award! I think we were the most surprised of all, to win it. But then again we had shakira, and a v cute ah beng cheer. Haha and nice ogls!

Booo I miss law camp.

Hello I just got back from CSS camp last night! It was fun but extremely tiring. This year though, I feel I didn't give as much as I could have, and I didn't get as much out of it as I could have. But overall I enjoyed it, esp the last day, which was at Sentosa. Heh and the freshies rock! Both my og and the law ones. Wheeee. :)

So so so tired though. Need to crash.

What a lovely day! :):) Pumpkin soup & garlic foccacia for lunch and jellybeans & chocolates from candy empire and mr bean soft toy and a pizzahut dinner, inter alia. I like.

Met up with the tribe at fish n co on saturday to celebrate beek’s 20th! Happy birthday beekeenee! :):) We had a good time catching up; I hadn’t seen them since hols started (though recently I bumped into ade & nee separately, and I see beek around). We walked around shopping for awhile after that and I convinced peis to buy an apple-print tube from dorothy perkins. Haha because I couldn’t spend money (saving $ for hk), I had to shop by proxy. But it really is a v pretty top! :) After they left I tried on more stuff at dorothy perkins, and it was all I could do to restrain myself from buying stuff. Urgh. Lots of pretty stuff. I'm going mad. If there's nothing to buy at hk I think I'll cry.


Then I dragged jq with me to go collect my pgmall bag! Yayy. It’s cream-coloured and pretty, I like. But I’m never ordering stuff from tw again; it takes far too long. By the time it comes I’d have lost interest in what I ordered. My polka dot top is taking eons to arrive, seriously. Ohh we watched ocean’s 13! Haha the only show where I root for the bad guys. I think they’re damn cool although half the time I have no idea what they’re doing.

I went cycling with glenda and beek yesterday. The sun was hot, and we cycled for two hours (including 2 breaks, haha). I love cycling. I can safely say it's one of the very few sports I actually enjoy. :):) A few hours after, the both of them were perfectly fine. I, on the other hand, was burnt and my thighs were dying. Unfaaaair. I conclude that I'm v lousy, and I need to exercise more (and remember to use sunblock).

Universal Studios prep for law camp was v fun. Risse's skit was damn entertaining and sam's out-of-closet performance was side-splittingly funny and highly disturbing at the same time.

Chilled at jojoy's after that. Tons of food - tiramisu, choc cake, baked alaska, satay, oyster omelette, hokkien mee, etc. And Bailey's. Yay friday night outings firmly reinstated. :):)

Five and a half hours of tuition tmr. :(:( So not looking forward to it.

Lots and lots of camp stuff over the next few weeks. Thankfully it's with friends, if not I'll be damn sian.

I've started re-reading HP!! Yayyyy. 21st July. Can't wait. Hope no one dies!! :(:(

The holidays have been, in a word, tiring. I think I'm still in that post-exam state where I feel so blissful and untroubled that I say yes to nearly everything and end up being so tired when I go out. Last night was good though - the usual fri night outing, albeit a mini one, at Indochine wisma. Ordered a Strawberry Kiss, which turned out to be pretty good - sweet with just enough alcohol taste, which is just the way I like it. Yay. :) Lovely time chilling to live music.

Heh the night before, we played poker at dennis's again. This time I won 15 bucks! Yay. And it was v exciting; nich went in blind 4 or 5 times towards the end and in time this time, he managed to win kt's all-in queen full house with quarts, and he got a straight one time and pocket aces another, among other amazing cards. Rather scary. I wanna play mahjong. Yest during law camp prep break we wanted to play mj in the lounge. But the mj set was gone!!!! Used for pool games. :(:(
