Missed two days of school in a row. Being sick rather sucks, except the getting to wake up late part./ Baked brownies yesterday, the first time I baked this year I believe./ Went for class bbq last evening. It ended rather dismally, but I did have fun./ I am desperately trying to gain inspiration to write the commonwealth essay. Not easy. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find the Before Sunset transcript online. So I have to decide between writing about The Hours and The Alchemist and Amelie. Silly girl, I should never have tried to take on more than I can handle. When will I learn?/ Am going shopping later! Because I've already worn all the clothes I meant to save for CNY.

Breakfast'd at Cartel yest with beek glen jy & dee! Went shopping in town but was too tired to do much besides slink about wasting money on juice and gawking at gorgeous hardcover notebooks. I cannot believe that I'm going back go school on a Saturday for NE.

Had an 04s09 class outing yesterday. Not everyone turned up, but it was fun anyway. We were supposed to meet at 5, ending up meeting at 6, and sat at Fish & Co. till like 8 plus. The food there is super good. Or maybe it was just that after waiting for hours for our food to come, we were all so hungry that anything would have tasted good. Hoho Jasper dedicated 'When You Say Nothing At All' to Ser Jing. So sweet, despite the fact that, you know, Jasper wasn't there and had no idea about any of it. :) Had an interesting (and mortifying) time playing Truth or Dare with the girls while the guys were in the arcade, which I have a thing against. Then we ate ice-cream! Downgraded from Swensens to Secret Recipe to Macs, which is where we ended up.

Some things I'd like to say:
1. I seem to be perpetually tired/sleepy nowadays.
2. Park Mall is actually kind of nice.
3. I cannot believe that I spent Friday night and Saturday afternoon doing tutorials. It's crazy. It's like I'm spending every waking hour that I'm in the house doing some form of school work. I'm turning NJC-ian.
4. How does one shop without money?

I loathe this so very much. Why the bloody hell can't they just make up their minds? Do this, do that, do this, do that. I'm sick of it. We're not slaves, we're students. We pay to go to this sad excuse of a school. We have Very Important Exams. We want to ace these exams. You're making it very difficult for us to do so. AARGH. Shut up shut up shut up shut up.

The highlights of my week were meeting SN ppl. I love you guys, you make me so so happy. :) Went back to SN with Xiaoyan and Yi Wen, and crashed HC and vistited glen in RJ with beek and jy. And dinner at Cartel! Yaaay.

A few things to note (am too lazy to think in complete sentences):

1. Do not like being NE rep. Absolutely the worst job in the world.
2. Emma is a v v nice book. The ending's super sweet, I like.
3. I seem to eat a lot of junk, on Saturdays in particular.
4. I haven't watched TV for nearly a month I think.
5. I want to eat pineapple tarts.
6. Do not like PE.

Day 3, and I'm feeling super stressed out. Am determined to sleep by ten tonight, despite the ton of homework. Someone help me. I'll count myself lucky if I make it through j2.

Eek. So do not want school to start.
