Just before dinner, only two slots were taken up. After dinner, more than ten (the cap) were taken up. :( So. No more pretty cream bag. :(

And I can't believe I'm fretting about this the day before contract, when my brain's like a sieve and I can't remember a thing.

I need to get well soon.

I'm sick of eating ban mian.

And it takes a lot of self-discipline not to touch all the chocolatey stuff in the fridge and in my room.

And I HATE contract. The law is unbelievably messy. I don't like messy. I can't stand messy. I like neat little compartments. I should've been in engine or math or sth.

Today was a nice food day! Famous amos cookies. Then went to check out the haato at ulu pandan with jq. They serve hot food! And the atmosphere's really nice. It's v peaceful cos it's so out of the way, and they play nice music softly. Shall go back during the hols. :) Ate unagi pasta (a bit oily but really good) and pistachio & chocolate hazelnut icecream. Yaaay. After tuition I met jieyu for dinner. Hadn't talked to him properly in awhile, I'd forgotten what an idiot he is. Haha. But funny. We ate at botak jones. Heee it's so convenient, just across the road. :) Tried their cajun chicken burger, which was good. And I kopped some steak. Normally I don't like steak, but it was good too.

Nowonder I'm still sick.

3 days left to study contract!! So dead. :(

I got my f21 package today! :):) Risse's top too. It's v pretty, and it made me realised I need more happy colourful tops for grey days.

Today, sam went to school at 6 in the morning and choped 5 rooms. So we got a proper meeting room with a big table. Discussed legal theory with the wikis (wiki-tan, wiki-leong, wiki-lee and wiki-liew and wiki-yin, and I feel mildly better. Tomorrow's paper is 2 hours. 2 essays in 2 hours. With my writing (and thinking) speed, I'd be lucky to cover 3 sheets of paper in all. -_- On the bright side, it's mercilessly short, and I'd prob spend all of it frantically scribbling away (I hope) as opposed to wondering why I'm the only one who seems to have so much time on her hands.

Also, I noticed my blog has been rather picture-less as of late. V sad. No social life. That's cos our hip new hangout is school, where we spend hours in rags and flipflops. Last night we left school past 11, and there were still people milling about. And when you go at 8 in the morn (not that I've tried, but I heard) there are no classrooms left cos all kena chop-ed alr. (I bet some people camp in school.) So we end up in the sub-club room, or barging into rooms with familiar faces. Qt fun actually, in a warped way. More so than staying at home anyway, but less productive. Yesterday was spent listening to (and disproving) sam's and pak's stupid theories, watching dennis and jq vie for the attention of the drink stall auntie (jq 1 - dennis 0), eating muffins, jacking mich and listening to jkwek, kt, jgan and nat talk legal theory (while not comprehending a thing myself).

Speaking of legal theory, the exam's in 2 days. I am so so so dead. I never felt more un-confident about an exam in my entire life. Time for wiki and google.

I think I'm getting sick. -_-

The weather the past few weeks has been horrendous - scorching sun punctuated with pouring rain.

I'm getting my spree items very soon, yay!! :)

I had crab beehoon for dinner, so satisfying. :) My sis and dad didn't like it though. Strange.

After exams, I will re-read the entire HP series (so far) and Gone with the Wind.

Reading about the shootings at Virginia Tech is depressing. Reading about the teacher who saved his students makes me wanna cry.

And, as they say, life goes on. Don't look back, because might-have-beens are never part of the equation.

On tues I went to ghim moh for lunch with jgan, clarisse and jq, and guess who I bumped into! Haha my dad, my uncle and my grandma! Small world. Speaking of small world, dee and j came over to btc to study yesterday! And j, who flew all the way from lse across continents bumped into not one but two of her lse friends at btc. -_- Small world indeed.

I baked today! Haha these are chocolate chocolate chip muffins, before I put them in the oven.

Then in the evening we went to celebrate my cousin's 21st birthday. We ate at Min Jiang, this Chinese restaurant at Rochester Park. Quite a lovely place. The restaurant's situated in this colonial-looking building and there's a v cosy feel. And the food's really really good! Wheeee. And as usual I took many many photos of my baby cousins and cousin's babies. I feel like paparazzi sometimes. But I can't help it; they're too cute!! :):)

Was pretty nervous in the morn; I hardly had appetite for breakfast. But when I got to the moot court I felt damn happy cos I knew it'd be over soon. And it was!! :):) It wasn't fantastic, but I'm glad it's over. Huge burden off me. Urgh. I was thinking, if I fretted so much over this one tiny moot, what am I gonna do next time if I decide to become a full-time litigator? There'd be moots like everyday.

Ohh I like the moot court. It's all red wood and black leather seats; very classy. :)

After moots my tg went to Fish & Co for lunch! So nice, everyone was in such a happy bubbly mood. Haha but we still spent a lot of time talking abt moots and INAC Global. -_- After lunch we adjourned to NYDC to celebrate Raffli's birthday! His cake had four layers - choc sponge, choc mousse, vanilla sponge and a light cream cheese. Happy stuff. :)

During the hols, I'd be very happy staying home with a good book or movie and a pot of tea, but somehow three weeks before exams, staying at home just makes me restless and irritable. All my books in school, and Lawnet refuses to load. And my spree organiser hasn't updated in awhile although more than a week ago she said the items are being shipped over. Impatient. Minor, minor things that pricked.

Tomorrow's saturday. Tomorrow's tomorrow's sunday. Two days to chocolate. Need endorphins.

Yay I just had a damn satisfying dinner with j, g and beek. :):) Crab beehoon at Uncle Leong's! (It's a coffeeshop in amk, not a relative.) It's not the dry beehoon sort but the chu mi fen type with gravy. I LOVE the soup. We ordered extra soup for $3. It's v nice, I could drink it everyday. So happy. :) But quite ex, the bill came up to nearly $80. For 4 ppl. Must really start saving money.

Haha after dinner I was so lazy I decided to take a bus one stop down to the bus stop I usually take bus from. But then I got distracted by TVmobile and I missed my stop! So I ended up walking home. -_-

Met the tribers this morn for an SN brunch!! Wheeee I love SN food. Cheap and damn good. I had orange bowl guo tiao, wanton, taupok, ham & cheese toast and a cup of tehping (it's perfect; tons better than nj/btc tehping) for a total of $2.10. I wanted to eat the fried rice! And a lot of other stuff. Haha but then I had to rush off for a legal theory meeting. Next time I shall go back and eat from the other stalls. :)
