Random thoughts:

Kit Kat tastes best slightly more than slightly melted.
Stingray tastes best with a heap of chilli, lime and chopped onions.
Macs fries taste best with curry sauce.
Oyster omelette tastes best without any oysters and with loads of chilli.
Tea tastes best with a spoonful of condensed milk stirred in.
Fried fish tastes best with soy sauce and chopped garlic.
Brownies taste best warm, with vanilla ice-cream on the side.
Prata tastes best with a big bowl of fish curry.
Sara Lee cake tastes best frozen solid.
Chicken rice tastes best with lots of chilli and black sauce.
Cereal tastes best stirred into Nutrisoy organic brown rice soya bean milk.

Went cycling at East Coast yest with beek, dee and g! Actually, what we did was cycle from one food place to another. Our bikes basically followed our cravings, so we cycled qt a lot! But had a terrible night of sleep cos my thighs were aching like mad after that. Hoho am lousy. Heeee but fun we've gotta do it again. :)

Yay am gonna bake streusal-topped blueberry muffins later! I used up all my chocolate chips baking choc choc chip muffins on wed... but it was worth it! Realised my fav type of thing to bake is muffins. Or cupcakes. Same difference. I wanna buy the nice pleated muffin cups!

It's raining again... Keeps raining these past few days. Lovely weather to sleep in but not great to wake up too, esp when you have plans. Speaking of plans, why is it mine always seem to clash terribly? Yest I had nothing to do, and I got bored of going online, reading and watching tv pretty quickly, so I spent the whole day walking around the house aimlessly, annoying everyone. And today I'm supposed to have 4 separate activities, but I've pushed one back to tmr, so tmr I've got to find a way to shuffle the 3 activities around as well. And my head is exploding trying to coordinate timings and stuff, but I really shouldn't be complaining.

Ohh I've finished The Time Traveler's Wife and Berfdorf Blondes! The Time Traveler's Wife is really, really good. It's a little confusing at first but after a while the whole story just falls into place. And the writing is very good as well, one of the best I've read, though this is really subjective. Yay and Clare & Henry are one of those couples that is meant to be. Bergdorf Blondes, on the other hand, is a super shallow kind of book but it makes for v fun chicklit. It's casually littered with all the high-end brands, kind of like Shopaholic but way more heavy-duty. And I could guess the plot twist about 1/3 way through the book but still, it's one of those happy happy fairytale ending books that really makes you want to shop.

I'm back!! :) The NUS Catholic Student Society camp was goood. Got to know many ppl, all of whom (seriously, ALL) were super nice and super friendly. It was shockingly exhausting though. I think uni people are used to it but us freshies were dying. Slept around 2-3+ every night and woke up all bleary-eyed. The law seniors were like tsk how are you going to survive next time? Still, I really enjoyed the camp. I just got a very warm and comforting vibe with them.

Law camp next. Yay beeks is coming with me! :):) I've heard a lot of horror stories about the faculty from my seniors, but so far the people I've met have been very nice and down-to-earth and not at all the fast-talking snub-nosed types that I've been fearing. Shall cross my fingers.

Yest went with Nic to film the Keppel video. V interesting experience, I must say.

Am back from tribe sleepover! First time in a very long time there was full attendance, 9/9. It was a jumble of xmen and mahjong and secrets galore, junkfood and kfc/pizza hut delivery and bridge. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEEKS!!! :):) Slept at 4 plus and got up at 8.30, then lay sprawled on the couch watching elmo on CNA and The Oprah Winfrey Show. Hoho then went to meet dee and glen for Fish N Co. Went shopping! Found a super nice and versatile white cotton collared short-sleeved Mango top (that's a long description) but NO SALE! :( Whoever hears of a Mango sale, pls let me know. And bought Havaianas! They're blue and white, with white flower print that can't be seen. They're like my 56th choice or sth, cos they didn't have anything I wanted in my size! No white, no white with green stripey thing, and now I think about it I want a brown pair with white straps. Aiii nvm.

Camp tmr! I'll be back on fri. Till then, don't miss me too much. :)

Today's episode of So You Think You Can Dance was a total shocker. BLAKE IS OUT!! Can't believe it. I was so sure that when it came down to the final two guys, it'd be a close fight between Nick and Blake. But wth, Jamail scraped through again!!! When Ryan was out, although I was sad at least I knew he kind of deserved it. But Blake's solo performance today was like WHOA, even though the t-shirt bit was a bit much. Why doesn't America like Blake? :(:( I know he was kind of arrogant at first but he's really, really good at what he does, and very easy on the eyes too. Hoho Nick and Melody are v cute together! Even though they're just best friends. They're like so happy and smiley it's like say hi to Mr and Mrs America. Heee.

I want a class outing. I want class outings like fortnightly, before uni starts and everyone becomes too busy. Aiiii why's it we plan and plan and never seem to meet up?

Things that happened in the past are not meant to be dwelt on. But it's hard, you know? When you have an over-active imagination like mine, you are bound to wonder. But then you wonder too much, and it begins to eat away at you like an obsession. Why worry? You will never know. Even if you ask and even if you get an answer, you will never truly know because it never happened.

So kill the thought. Have a strawberry sundae. Write a story. Run till your legs collapse beneath you. Breathe the present.

Am at home! On a weekday morning! No more work and life is good. :) Felt rather sad yesterday though. You know how it is. I spent the whole 5 months looking forward to the day I could leave and then on the day itself I felt rather morose about leaving. Everyone there's so nice, I'm gonna miss them.

Anyway! Ohh got my SAT results. Haha got 2290 but have no idea what it means. So silly.

Yay had a nice surprise + waffles with icecream after hiphop on tues! And yesterday was my last day at work so I got a yummy Thai lunch treat. And after work we went to celebrate my daddy's birthday with a buffet! I absolutely break down at buffets. I just eat everything, and in huge quantities. Felt so guilty I got up this morn at 7.30 and went to jog. Go me! I waaant dimsum buffet at harbourfront and no one told me till just but I alr made plans so I can't go. Boo. :( But on the bright side, am going shopping later! Uh, 45 min later! Eh I'd better go change now. Hoho. Am in silly mood.
